Tel Aviv is the financial, cultural and business center of Israel. The entire film, TV and video industry is in the city, with studios, sound stages, facility houses and anything required to a video or film production. 
Tel Aviv boasts beautiful beaches, European / American urban skyline, modern streets, but parts of it, mainly in Jaffa, are old and Mediterranean in nature. 
The weather is great - no rain and almost no clouds May-November, and a very easy winter season with plenty of sunny days.
